Just a reminder that I put a lot of love and care into each sweatshirt, which takes me about 2 1/2 hours for one sleeve and four letters. More complex designs take a bit longer. Right now, turnaround time is around 14/16 weeks minimum from the time that I receive your onesies , but I'm working on getting faster by getting at least one more machine. Your patience will be worth it, I promise you'll love your sweatshirt!

After receiving your order if I'm not about to get the color sweatshirt locally I will order them it usually takes 3/4 days to receive them once I receive them and your clothing items, I will get started making your one-of-a-kind beautiful keepsake. 

 Also please make sure to send at least 2 onesies to make sure I have enough materials all unused fabric will be sent back with your sweatshirt For bigger words like  maw maw and grandma please send 3/4 onesies 

I’ve had to remove some colors. The colors of the exes over them are no longer available. I’m sorry I didn’t realize so. Many colors have been taken off the market

 Our custom items, including mama, daddy, aunt and grandma, keepsake items, or anything customize with names, baby clothing, logos, etc. will not accept returns/refunds unless damaged Proof of damage will have to be provided to me, and refunds need to be submitted to me through mlkernsboutique@gmail.com

Due to the amount of orders I’ve been blessed with I can’t give a turn around time I am doing them in the order in which I received them and trying to get them out as fast as possible but also trying not to rush or make any error with something so sentimental and precious thank you everyone for your understanding
